Shipping

We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your package has been dispatched.

• —Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $200 USD.
• —Orders under $200 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
• —Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During new releases, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
• —Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. DISTORTED is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
• —Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. DISTORTED is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
